Inside the Corpus Callosum
Cover image: Myelination by galactocerebrosidase-deficient oligodendrocytes transplanted in the corpus callosum of the myelin-deficient shiverer mouse. Provided with the missing lysosomal enzyme, mutant oligodendrocytes (green) derived from the twitcher mouse, a model of globoid cell leukodystrophy (Krabbe's disease), survive and maintain stable myelin (red) wrapping of naked host axons.
